Firefox highlights the main domain part in the address shown in the URL bar. For example in https://subdomain.example.com/some/path, the part “example.com” is in black (default) colour and everything else is slightly dimmed. That makes it a bit easier to see what administrative domain I’m on at a glance.
It doesn’t seem like Brave can do that currently. Chrome seems to do it but only when hovering the URL bar with the mouse cursor, and not really visible (almost not at all).
