HELP, how disconnect this Connexion Frame?

If some-one write our website adresse, first this frame appears. (PW-Name).
Where can I disconnect this Connexion Frame ?

This does not appear to be a Brave issue but rather a setting on the website in question.

but where approximatively can I change this setting ? have you a idea ?
I was in Brave, a frame come in, I subscribe and give a pw. I was thinking it s a Two factor autentification (concerning only myself, but now it concern every users, now nobody can enter in the website without this PW.)
I never work with Chrome, is it something coming from Chrome ?

YES everything OK, we deseable it in .htaccess with #
