Help - continued account suspension, what can I do?

Hi - my account continues to be suspended, I am not a creator, I just use Brave for web browsing. Based on a previous thread, I contacted the email below and got the below response. Help! How can I progress this to start earning BAT again?

Have you filled out the form?

Yes, three or four days ago, no response or even acknowledgement to date, which is why I tried the email address provided in one of the threads here.

Is there something else I can try to progress this?

It normally takes a week or so for the response after filling out the form. There are multiple requests and it’s first come, first served.
