That said, if you have had any issues receiving BAT you’ll need to open a Support Ticket. In order to do that, you’ll need to fill out the form at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431

One little extra thing to note is that Gemini actually claims BAT in order for it to be sent, according to Chris over at Brave.
Gemini now also gets vBAT payouts, which gives the browser accounting numbers
When sent as vBAT, you claim it into the browser first. The the browser submits the vBAT to our servers to be claimed for real-BAT.
