@rgrjwm I just moved your topic to Rewards Support which is appropriate. I’m not sure why you put it under Brave Wallet (Self Custody) which is not part of Rewards. You even have the notice provided as part of your message which is telling you to go to Brave Rewards area if it was a Rewards issue.

Anyway, you’ll need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so they can look into your account specifically and see if they can help figure out what’s going on.
