Rewards does not show up in my uphold account even the wallet is verified

I am using Brave browser on Windows and Android. The wallet is verified on my Brave browser on my Android phone. It says Wallet Verified on the topleft corner. But I do not see the rewards in my uphold account. What do I need to do so that the rewards can be shown in my uphold account?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

Same problem with a kyc verified wallet. Not sure these posts help but I support.
