I have not received a creator payout since 12/1/2022 and yes I have a balance on my creators page so not sure why it has not been paid out to me

Keep in mind it’s Friday night here in USA. Support often isn’t active over the weekend. Also tickets can take 3-5 business days to be seen, at which point they’ll typically follow-up via the email you provided in the ticket. Hopefully they’ll get to yours quickly, but at least be aware likely won’t hear anything for a short while.
