Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Go to website in a language that you’d like to be translated. i.e. https://github.com/mobilepicpay/desafio-android

2. Select the Google Translate button.
   

   

3. Google Translate does not open.

4. Retry with Brave shield turned off, observe the same result.

Expected result:
Google Translate tool opens allowing user to select translation language of choice.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.4.96 Chromium: 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hi @adamhurwitz,
This is a known issue. If you want to be able to translate entire pages, you need to install the Google Translate extension.

The extension does not translate the page contents as expected on the example link above which could be a potential issue with Brave or the extension.
