Comment Tool in Windows 10

Description of the issue:
When using commenting tool on the Brave Browser with Windows 10, the screen turns gray and the dialog box where the user adds a comment does not display.

Exact URL of the website in question:

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
I am using default settings and the website functions correctly when accessing via Chrome browser.

Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no):

Looks like this issue occurs when Shields are enabled. As a temporary workaround you can disable Shields and be able to use the comment box normally.

You can disable Shields by clicking the lion icon in the address bar, then turning the main toggle “off”:
