Getting rid of the Brave suggestion window

Description of the issue:
A pop up window appears in the lower right corner soon after Brave is started. It appears to come from Brave itself, and not from some web page.

How can this issue be reproduced?

Start Brave and it will soon appear.

Expected result:

No pop up window from Brave itself!

Brave Version( check About Brave):

1.4.95 Cronium
Additional Information:

How can I get Brave not to show me any suggestions (appears in the lower right corner at times)? I am not interested in those.

You may “accidentally” have Brave Ads enabled. It’s opt-in, private, and users get 70% of rev. share.

You can disable Brave Ads at brave:rewards and flip the switch for Ads section.
