Annoying popup in Brave browser

Description of the issue:

Almost every time I open Brave browser this window pops up in top right hand corner of the page. I do not use or want to use a vpn.
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. On opening Brave Browser

Expected result:
No popups
Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.74.48 Chromium: 132.0.6834.83 (Official Build) (64-bit)

@theno2soco this is not a popup but is a built-in card on your dashboard. You will see there are cards above it, one for Brave Talk and one for Brave Rewards. You can select one of those if you wish instead.

To hide it, you just have to choose to hide it. Click the three dots and say to hide.

It is also option in your Customize section.
