Flatpak version of Brave not going through system proxy on Pop os 22.04

Description of the issue:
When brave is installed through flatpak, it does not go through system proxy.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. install brave from flatpak flatpak install flathub com.brave.Browser
2. set a proxy in system srettings
3. launch brave and visit whatismyipaddress.com to check public ip address

Expected result:
whatismyipaddress.com should display ip address of the proxy server instead of non-proxy real ip address

Version 1.45.116 Chromium: 107.0.5304.91 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hello there @tup0lev please accept my apologies for this issue. Could you please try installing the beta or Nightly version of Brave on your device to see if Brave recognizes your proxy server? You can install them from here https://brave.com/download-beta/

Also please try using a different browser to see if your proxy server is detected there.
