Feedback on support systems of brave

I’m disappointed by support system of brave, the moderators are not replying to our queries and problems, I think they don’t care now about community. I’m posting this due to huge disappointment, I have posted many a times that i haven’t received my previous months bat but no action has been taken.

We don’t expected such things from brave. Moderators please see this message and value your community and people.

One thing I want to say, you’ll be heard only if you raise complaints again and again. I received bats today but I expect in future brave support system will be more effective and improvised.
