Description of the issue:
I have recently installed Brave on my Lenovo IdeaPad S340 laptop and I love it. My OS is Kubuntu Linux 19.10. I play the Pirates game. Pirates uses the Facebook comments plugin to allow discussion of the game between players. In Brave, the box for comments appears, but is blank. In Chromium, the same box appears, but with all the comments showing. The Brave version I am currently using is Version 1.3.118 Chromium: 80.0.3987.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Enter the Pirates game on Facebook using the following link:
https://apps.facebook.com/pirates/?fb_source=bookmark&ref=bookmarks&count=0&fb_bmpos=_0
You probably have to sign up for the game at this point. - Click on the link https://apps.facebook.com/pirates/?fb_source=bookmark&ref=bookmarks&count=0&fb_bmpos=_0
This brings up Pirates in a separate tab outside of Facebook. - Click on the link “tavern” at the top of the page. At the bottom of the tavern page you get the window for comments which says 0 comments although there are in fact many comments.
