Incase it is 1Password extension, see here, may be related but there are reports of issues since Jan regarding ebay:

This worked for me as a 1Password user, I disabled “Offer to save one-time passwords” under “Autofill & Save” in the 1Password extension settings on both Win and Mac machines. Hope this helps.
