Description of the issue:
Dragging and dropping an image directly from brave browser to imessage causes an error
it displays: the operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1001.)
How can this issue be reproduced?
by dragging an image from any website and dropping it directly into a imessage window
Expected result:
the expected result is that the image appears ready to send on an imessage window

Additional Information:
this only happens on OSX 10.14.6 mojave!
