When I want to download a image, only i can download it like a .WEBP but I want to download like a PNG or JPG and I cant. I have a friend and he use Brave and he dont have this problem.

what are the steps you do when downloading?
Rigth click, save image as…
Send a screenshot of when it opens file manager to ask location
See if you get an option of jpeg in save as type…
i don’t get this thing. On my device it saves in jpg or jepg
