As a new Brave user, I love the browser. Except that it uses the WEBP format for images that are saved. And there is no alternative that I’ve seen. When choosing “Save Image As”, the only selection is WEBP or “all files” which apparently is the same thing.
So whenever I search for images, which is frequently, I use Chrome which almost always has a wide selection of jpeg and .png files.
hmm, not something I’ve seen before,
how about if you open image in new tab then cntrl+s in that tab. should save the image to the same filetype as is on the server.
