Does Brave support DNS over TLS?

Brave 1.50.121 (Chromium 112.0.5615.138) on MacOS

Does Brave support DNS over TLS (DoT), and if so how to enable it?

Going to brave://settings/security and enabling “Use secure DNS” appears to enable DNS over HTTP (DoH), not DoT. [1]

Is there a separate toggle for DoT? Thanks.

[1] With “Use secure DNS” enabled and a DNS resolver pointing to 1.1.1.1, the Cloudflare test site at https://1.1.1.1/help reports the use of DoH query/response.
