Cannot see brave://flags/#dns-over-https

Description of the issue:
The flag brave://flags/#dns-over-https does not appear for any of my Brave browsers, no matter what OS.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open in browser: brave://flags/#dns-over-https

Expected result:
To see the options

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.12.112 Chromium: 84.0.4147.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

I was under the impression from seeing other threads that the DoH option flags were now exposed, but I can never find them.

Still happening:

Version 1.13.82 Chromium: 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is the system you’re on a deployed work system/laptop or the network set up done on your system is locked or dhcp using local addresses for dns? Actually, the only thing I’m pretty sure of is policy set up maybe can mess with that…

The two machines are not work deployed, both my own PCs and Brave is installed manually, although on a domain I don’t have any GPOs related to this. My DHCP does provide DNS IPs.
