The regular browser started to get very slow. I installed the beta. Do they share any data files or were all the key passwords copied over? How do I clean up the release version?
Nothing is shared between unless you sync the two. They are seen as separate browsers
Is there a way to empty the cache and other files for a particular website? Facebook is really slow (stalls) with the release but fine with the beta.
@dae1948 yes, when you’re on the website you’ll see the 
button to the left of the URL. Click it and you’ll see a menu that shows things like Cookies and Site Data. It then will show any cookies and you can delete, such as below:
Or you can simply go to brave://settings/content/all to see all sites, can search for any particular (such as Facebook), and delete from there.
