I’ve installed brave a couple of days ago and I’m finding it awesome. The only thing is this: I’m from Italy, so most of my web search are in italian, but sometimes I’d like/need to search something in english. The problem is that when I look for something in english, the page is automatically translated in italian.
From settings, I’ve already disabled Brave Translator but for some reason it continues to translate from english to italian.
Can someone help me?
Brave Version is 1.73.97
Possibly, you need to:
Leave the “Use Brave Translate” switch: ON / ENABLED
Make sure that English is an added language
English is the preferred language
If Spell Check is ON / ENABLED, then also set to English
In other words, throw the switches to English; and by testing, you will learn the combination of switches that are necessary to achieve your goal of searching in English and seeing results in English. (Or, again, just throw all the switches to English.)
