Didn’t receive anything on my uphold account in due date. This is ridiculous

Even I didn’t receive any claim button on my browser as well, and no BAT transferred to my uphold account either.
ok, so does this mean that I will get a claim button for my rewards automatically?
Because according to my rewards settings the Next payment date for December payment has already passed.
