There are quite a lot of us affected by this, most have been flagged. They’re asking us to submit support tickets so they can investigate each instance individually. You can submit a support ticket here.
@Notloc Main thing is as Thrive had shared, make sure you create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so people from Brave can investigate. Typically it takes about 3-5 business days, but because there’s been a lot more tickets than usual, it may take a bit longer.
Main thing I’ll suggest to you is that you reply here with your ticket number once you’ve created a ticket. But overall just is going to have to be patient while they are looking into things.
