Did not receive brave reward for October month

Hi there,

Actually i didn’t recieved rewards of my october month i was about to recieve 0
79 bat suddenly it dissappeared.

Till on 6th Nov it was showing Reward Arriving in 1 Days. But on the next day nothing is showed up and I did not even receive the BAT in Uphold account, any solution guys?

I am having the same issue , i didn’t receive and it desapear from arriving

You mentioned uphold, so yours are still processing. If you are unverified though, then we have the same problem. It said my x bat are arring in 1 day. But the next day nov 7, it just disappeared without the claim button. My post has mostly been ignored.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Hi all, if you have still not received your expected payout please DM me the following info:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
