Desktop Sync after update

Brave on Windows 11 stopped syncing and no longer accepts my sync code. Brave on iOS is still syncing and shows my desktop in the Sync Chain, even though it’s no longer syncing.

Reproduces how often: every time

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Version 1.40.113 Chromium: 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question: Windows 11 - Dell XPS and iOS 15.5 - iPhone SE2

Thanks for writing in @essharr, can you confirm what Brave version you’re on? We released a new version yesterday morning.
