Dark mode is broken

My Brave browser is set to dark mode. However when I search something (using the Google engine in Brave) the typical google result page is always bright and burning my eyes.

  1. Set Brave to Dark mode
  2. Type anything in the search bar
  3. Most of the time results are bright af

Expected result: Sweet sweet darkness


Version 1.66.115 Chromium: 125.0.6422.112 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Sometimes the results still appear in dark mode, however most of the time they don’t.

I have since tested more, and out of 10 searches, 5 were not in dark mode.
