We are currently looking into this (a bit more info here). Currently if you use Private Browsing Only, then you will be in a dark like mode, but that obviously has different behavior too.

I recently started using Brave on iPad and a dark mode would be most welcome!
Yes, please implement a dark mode as well, really love Brave for IOS but would love a dark mode just like how it looks in private browsing! Are there any updates on this? 
Build in optional Dark mode would be the greatest thing ever. It’s tr most hyped feature of ios13 and osx everyone loves dark mode
Very important feature the dark mode for iPad! That’s why I use Firefox so far. All websites are dark there. Please add asap, thanks!
