Description of the issue:
The CSS backdrop-filter seems to unload from the renderer after exiting the app and reopening or spending time in a different tab. Once Brave suspends the app, the backdrop-filter is no longer active.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Spend enough time in a different tab to have Brave suspend the backdrop-filter tab (I discovered this bug on https://splch.dev)
- Exit the app for a while and reopen the tab (not too sure here)
Expected result:
The backdrop-filter attribute should remain rendered.
