Few of my friends having a creator account has credited their BATS into their respective custodian but for me my creator account BATS didn’t credited into my custodian account (Uphold). In my creator dashboard “statement generating” status is also not visible. I don’t how why it’s happening for me

Would you please tell me what topic should be choosen . When I click rewards it is asking for operating system and version of brave but my issue is related to brave creator account
