Description of the issue:
Clone or duplicate a profile.
Being able to duplicate any existing profile with all (or partial) settings, plugins, bookmarks, etc.
Expected result:
Having a new separate profile with same (or partial) settings, plugins, bookmarks, etc.

Why isn’t this already possible? Is there a technical issue?
It is possible with tricks like copy/paste and rename profile folders, but that’s a complete hack and should be possible by one click in the add new profile menu.
It does seem strange that this has not been implemented yet, as copy functions are not complicated to script, and using multiple profiles to isolate activity classes comports with Brave’s mission to protect the user’s privacy.
The official response is that they are waiting for this to be implemented in Chromium, but I can find no open issue for that in the Chromium issue tracker. In any case, here is a design concept to illustrate what it would look like. Hopefully this will encourage people to up-vote the topic.
