Claim option is not available

I had created a my brave browser last month and i had earned 11BAT but now i did’t get any claim option and i am on the latest brave version Brave is up to date

Version 1.16.72 Chromium: 86.0.4240.183 (Official Build) (64-bit)

And please give a solution but my mobile got the claim option(been using from last 4 months)

Is your wallet verified with Uphold?

No i had not connect my uphold account it show that i need 25BAT to connect it.

And one more thing as i had seen the so many threads many of then who created there brave account last month had not got the claim option yet. so just what you guys to fix this problem as soon as possible. thank you :grinning:

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

Me and my other 5 besties also suffering from that problem. We also downloaded brave last month

But my brother ,who downloaded brave in September already received claim

I think that ,who download or install brave in October in Windows OS not received BAT yet

I Had Got the clam button automatically the Next day ( a bit later than normal )
