@rboberg2160 thank you for reporting. Do you have any advanced Shield settings enabled? With Shields off, does it work as expected?
I’m fairly new to Brave and have not adjusted Shield settings from their defaults at installation.
I will test site results with Shields off.

I have eliminated all shields in Brave and the application still will not display form fields for data entry
@rboberg2160 So I just went and with Shields enabled, I saw what you mentioned. But if I disabled Shields for the site, it loads. This means it should work for you as well if you change the setting. The lion icon on the top there is the Shields settings for each site. Click on it to see the little flyover and you can turn off the toggle on top to disable entirely for the site, or you can choose to change the ads and trackers to Allow All until it gets fixed. The changes on that would be for the website only, not for all others.

Doesn’t seem to be related to Fingerprinting but is the ads and trackers, which has to be set to Allow All to work
@fanboynz just tested and see as said above, seems to be broken if ads and trackers are on. I tried disabling all optional filters and it didn’t make a difference.

I did as you suggest several times and refreshed the page several times. The form fields still do not appear.
@rboberg2160 thanks for sharing. It’s weird that your experience is a bit different. Let me also confirm, are you using any extensions? Especially any adblockers like uBlock Origin? If so, I’m wondering if they are using the same filter(s) and that’s why the issue persists even when disabling Shields.
Guess also want to confirm, if you go there in a private window and disable Shields, will it work or does it still have issues?
