Hi,

Can you please let me know the process to change the Brave Wallet country from Great Britain (GB) to Greece?

Yes, if you mean the rewards, then you will have to reset brave rewards to be able to change the region.
NOTE
Resetting rewards will erase any BATs you had if you were unverified.

Also, when selecting a region, make sure you select the one of which documents you used to complete KYC / AML for Uphold / Gemini.
