Can't verify wallet (it reached its 4 device limit)

My old computer is broken,I buy a new computer and sign in to verify wallet.
But it can’t verify because it show it reached its 4 device limit dialog.
Please remove all device list using uphold verify wallet

No. I use only PC

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes.

You cannot remove all, but you can remove 1 device with this. Unable to re-verify wallet - #118 by Mattches

I can’t find Custodian member ID and Uphold Member ID

I believe you only needed one or the other. I only did the custodian ID. Are you saying the ID does not show on your brave rewards internals page?

When you fill out the wallet unlinking form, please include a note stating that you’re unable to find the correct IDs, and provide the email associated with your Uphold account.
