Unable to verify Brave rewards with Uphold

Briefly describe your issue: I am unable to verify my Brave wallet with Uphold. I get stuck in a loop glitch. Uphold referred me to Brave support after seeing my screen recording.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? Android 11; Build/RP1A.200720.012 Brave 1.30.87, Chromium 94.0.4606.71

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) No

What date did you verify your wallet? N/A … Unable to verify wallet. On this device.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? on other devices yes, on this one no.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) no.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? yes

PS. When will I be able to link Brave rewards to Gemini on mobile? If it’s anytime soon (<3 months) I might just wait. I’d rather keep my BAT off of Uphold, but if I have to wait a long time, I’ll take my chances with Uphold again.

  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
