Can't open Telegram group with Telegram Web directly

Hello, I tried to switch from Firefox to Brave but I encountered a first major issue within my first hour…
I can’t open Telegram Web using the link https://t.me/polkastarter for example. Firefox or Chrome automatically propose me to open with the Web app.
Thanks for your help.

I get this when I open the link, is this okay? (then opens the app accordingly). The is in clean Brave profile

Yes I get the same but I don’t want to open Telegram Desktop. I want to open Telegram Web.

Does the same thing occur in Chrome? (we don’t modify from the default Chrome settings here)

You’re right, Chrome doesn’t propose Telegram Web but Firefox does (cf screenshot of Firefox)
