I’ve found a solution to this issue disable all your extensions & edit the target In the shortcut so it has --incognito It should open then re-enable all your extension one by one, Close Brave browser & start with one extension enabled & If It launches In private do this one by one for each extension. I found that the Microsoft Rewards extension I had Installed was causing my problem.
