Can't get a Refund for Brave VPN because the ticket help desk has too many requests

I tried to submit a request for a refund for Brave VPN. However, the ticket system is too busy for almost a week. I can’t figure out to get help to get a refund and discontinue the VPN. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

According to the Terms of Use in the section of Termination, refund is not possible.

Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.

You can cancel at any time, though, as also mentioned here in the 4th section.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time unless specified otherwise.
