I like to use just 1 Window in Brave, with a lot of opened tabs in this unique brave window.
At the moment I’m using 63 opened tabs.
I open a new tab with CTRL+T — Then I put a address and navigate.
After that I open another tab and put a address and navigate.
I want to return to the previous tab - But in the “Tab’s List” I can’t see the previous tab that I opened
( I see a lot of Tabs but can’t see the previous tab I opened)
I think Brave cannot manage/show a lot of opened tabs. Please fix this.
1- When I click CTRL-T it doesn’t open a new tab After the other Tabs (the new tab goes in the middle of other tabs and I can’t see it the “tab list” — how to configure that ?
2- I can’t see a button to show all opened tabs - how to active this ?
At this moment, I’m using the Quick Tabs extensions to search my tabs, but I think would be necessary to have a better way to just go the the previous tab or a tab that I opened 5 minutes ago , for instance.
Hi @renatos, Welcome to Community! ctrl +T , should always open a new tab to the far right. If you open a link in a new tab, that tab should open to the right of the currently selected tab. There is no way to configure it and there is no button to show all open tabs, sorry for the inconvenience. I would recommend finding a tab manager to handle having so many open tabs.
Hi
I tested
If a have a lot of tabs (56 tabs for instance), and I’m in the Second Tab for instance, ctrl + T does NOT open a new tab to the far right. (it open in a Unknown place - does not show the icon of tab in the top of the screen)
This problem happens when:
-we have a lot of tabs
-we are not in the last right tab and click on CTRL T
Can you try testing this a new temporary profile and seeing if the issue persists?
Click on the menu icon in the top right corner > create a new profile.
It worked - CTRL T opened the news tabs at the end (at the right), BUT then I opened 40 tabs to test, and the problem started again. I click CTRL T and I can’t see where the new tabs are.
