I have the same problem, I can’t verify.
Before I lost the bats for a format and I ran out of slot.
Now I try to verify and I have a region error, and the only pc that I have left connected to Gemini works without problem.
PD: NOTICE: New region restrictions on verifying Brave Rewards with Gemini 
And here I’m after collecting rewards on my pc i disconnected it… cause i tried to connect my mobile browser and it have that error thought it was because my pc was connected
