Hi, my uphold session was disconnected, I can’t claim the awards by clicking on it and the message say I will recieve it in a few days but how is that possible if the wallet isn’t connected?
@eduardovi It should have your “wallet” (which is just your browser) associated with your true custodial wallet at Uphold. At this point, signing in on that part will just permit you to see your balance and track basic information.
That said, you see the link that tells you that you’re able to sign in to Uphold again. Click it and sign into your existing account and you’ll be fine.
