I am verified in both accounts. My uphold account shows PENDING for over a month now. BAT tokens are not earned, I have held them for many years.
Are all BAT withdrawals frozen on Uphold and Gemini?

You are not giving enough information to enable anyone to give you a meaningful answer (country, operating system, version of Brave, etc.)
There is a template on the forum for reporting problems. If you follow that you stand a much better chance of getting an answer.
