Cannot stop Brave opening its processes in Efficiency Mode

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Open Brave
2. Check processes in task manager, some will be “Efficiency mode”

Expected result:

None should be in “Efficiency mode” if the option is disabled - finding such an option is also a challenge

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.58.129

Additional Information:
Windows 11

I have the only settings option under Performance, Memory Saver, disabled, there is nothing showing about processes or efficiency as I have read around other threads/articles. Only Brave is showing these “Efficiency mode” statuses in Task Manager.

I would upload images but the forum is saying “Sorry, an error has occurred” no matter how small I make them.

I continued looking for more general problems in Windows for “Efficiency Mode” and came across this fix - modify the properties of the shortcut used to run Brave and add the parameter " --disable-features=UseEcoQoSForBackgroundProcess" and this competely stops it.

Please Brave devs, make this a settings option.
