Cannot play Brighteon videos after last update

Videos are not playing on Brighteon after recent update a few days ago.

I tried other video platforms and they are all working fine. It seems to be affecting only the Brighteon video platform. Even with shields down nothing plays.

Using Linux MInt OS and Brave Version 1.43.88

Hi fanboynz,

I’m not seeing errors. The video play button does not work when I click on it for any video. I contacted Brighteon and they said it’s not on their end after running some tests.

Other people on one of my Telegram channels are having the same problem. That’s how I learned about it. At least one of them has changed to Mozilla because of it.

Is there any way to revert the last update?
