Can private browsing be turned off?

I am attempting to transition from years of Safari to Brave. With Safari I could use Screen Time to prevent inappropriate or unwanted access to sites and allow limited sites and time per site. Is this possible to do with Brave? Perhaps not to the extent of control that I am accustomed to with Safari but to prevent curiosity from tempting my homeschoolers innocence.

Additional Information:

@MrsDani,
This is not an inherit feature of the browser (and isn’t inherit in other browsers either – Safari being the exception as the “Screen time” feature is woven directly into the OS). You can, however, download and use any of the several browser extensions that accomplish this. Any extension that is compatible with Chrome/Chromium will work in Brave as well.
