My referral has installed Brave to his phone ref link. However both of us did not receive BAT? Please tell me problem and the correct way to earn BAT with referral program

Why are my referrals not confirming? Confirmations signify “minimal” usage of the browser over the course of 30 days. For instance, if a person you referred uses the browser for two weeks but then uninstalls it or never uses it again, then that referral may never become a confirmation.
