Description of the issue:
I am trying to access a .mil website that requires PKI certificates. I’ve installed the certificates and am able to access the websites using Firefox.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Navigate to URL. Receive prompt for PIN and enter it.

I’ve disabled Shields for the site, with no change.
