(BUG) Whenever downloading anything via brave browser android, it doesnt ask for approval, nor for name change, and starts downloading automatically. Cant find same bug in previous versions of brave browser.
Highlighted this to brave team via twitter x but nothing done yet and this bug is since end of last year.
Cant find this bug in any other browser only brave and in all builds like beta, nightly and final.

Some mobile browsers do offer this option (Kiwi, for example) but this behavior is the same in Chrome, Firefox and Edge
I can open a feature request to add this functionality but this is not a “bug”.
In older builds, it was great. But in newer builds, this is gone and dangerous and garbage since if I want to rename the file or know the file being its being downloaded then, i cant do anything about it. Plus it doesnt show or remind us until it is downloaded, which is another downside. Buttons for asking are just gimmicky.
Not just rename or change location but also for approval before file or files get on the device.
