[ Bug ] Share Screen > Can Only Share Screen 2

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a new tab and place that tab on your 2nd Monitor/Screen
  2. Open any video meeting app (e.g. Google Meet, Brave Talk, etc.)
  3. On the Entire Screen option. You can only select the 2nd Monitor, but not the 1st Monitor.

If you open a new tab on 1st Monitor/Screen and do Step 2 and 3. You can only still share 2nd Monitor/Screen, but not the 1st Monitor.

Expected result:
Both 1st Monitor and 2 Monitor should be available on the Share Screen function on video meeting app.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.41.100 Chromium: 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
If I use Google Chrome and Firefox. The issue doesn’t happen.

Yes. Only happens on my laptop, btw.

Desktop with the same dual screen setup works without any issue.
